NACHA Navigator (“the Service”) is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. The owner of this website expressly disclaims all liability for how users choose to use this Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any decisions made based on the analysis or information provided. The owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or information provided through the Service.

2. No Professional Advice

The information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial, banking, or legal advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial, banking, or business decisions based on information obtained from the Service.

3. Security and Privacy

All file processing is performed locally in your browser. The files you open are not transmitted to our servers. However, the owner does not accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption, or damage to your data or computer system that may occur while using the Service.

The Service is hosted on Cloudflare. Its servers deliver the pages and keep anonymous usage counters (for example, how many times a page was viewed); they never receive the contents of your files. Donations are processed by Stripe: your payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. The privacy page describes exactly what is collected.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the owner, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content;
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Service;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the owner, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
